Every construction Company has a vital role to play in the development of a country. Having been in the industry for over seven decades, we understand this very well and have endorsed it once again by constructing the first ever Nano Technology Park in Sri Lanka to facilitate Nano technology research and development in the country. It aims at infusing Nano technology to the country's agricultural and industrial sectors, raising Sri Lankan products to a competitive level on par with the global trend in energy efficient and eco-friendly production technology.

This building comprises four stories with a basement and provides all the facilities necessary to meet the project objective. The steel tower fabricated and erected by us is one of the special features of this project. It is built for communication purposes. All the steel elements were tailor made for the project in China.

The gross floor area of this building is 5300 sq.m. Most modern facilities for research work on Nano technology are provided in this building, which is the Phase I of the total development. Public Private Partnership was successfully adopted in this project.

The curvilinear steel tripod tower of height 70 M was a design and construct component of the contract. It was designed by our Engineers, manufactured in China, brought to Sri Lanka and erected at site. The aluminium outer skin wall and the space framed skylight were also tailor made in China, brought to site, assembled and installed.
