Project Description

The building features a comprehensive design that includes a basement, a ground floor, and eight upper floors, complemented by a mezzanine level. The rooftop is equipped with designated areas for generator installations, water tanks, and cooling towers. Constructed on a raft foundation, the structure incorporates reinforced concrete retaining walls, slabs, beams, columns, a staircase, and an RCC roof. The walls are primarily brick, with the exception of the lift walls, which are plastered and painted. The interior showcases ceramic wall finishes, floor tiling, timber flooring, and is completed with cement rendering, along with timber and aluminum doors and windows. Essential services encompass plumbing, electrical systems, air conditioning, ventilation, telephone lines, service lifts, communication systems, and fire safety measures, alongside various external works. Additionally, the foundation is supported by 450mm diameter cast-in-situ shoring bored piles.
