Project Description

This project encompasses a seven-story building with a total floor area of 6,222 square meters. Our scope of work included the construction of the reinforced concrete structure, along with pile hacking, pile caps, joinery, curtain wall installation, wall cladding, ceiling work, internal partitioning, and specialized finishes, including granite applications. We also managed all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, which comprised plumbing, drainage, electrical installations, telephone communication systems, CCTV, medical gas systems, air conditioning, and fire fighting systems, excluding the installation of service lifts. The project’s primary objectives were to support the investigation, diagnosis, initial management, dialysis, transplantation coordination, surgical operations, and both immediate and long-term postoperative care for patients suffering from kidney failure and other renal diseases. This project was recognized with the ICTAD Award for Construction Excellence in 2008.
