Project Description

The 22-story office and residential complex has been repurposed into a hotel project following a change in ownership, which has introduced a new scope for the development. The total floor area of the building is 26,904 square meters, comprising a basement of 1,893 square meters, a ground floor of 1,271 square meters, and a first floor of 1,148 square meters. The third floor measures 1,197 square meters, while floors four through twenty consist of 17 levels, each measuring 1,239 square meters, totaling 21,063 square meters. Finally, the 21st floor encompasses an area of 386 square meters.
