Project Description

The hotel structure features 29 suspended stories, which include one basement level, five levels dedicated to parking, two restaurant levels, one staff accommodation level, and 17 guest room levels, along with a pool and a roof terrace. The total floor area of the building is 20,250 square meters. Piling work has already been completed, and the current contract encompasses various tasks such as excavation, pile hacking, and the construction of pile caps, all contributing to the development of 165 guest rooms.
