Project Description

The project involves the construction and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and related facilities across three designated zones within the complex. Zone 1 includes 42 standard rooms, a main kitchen, the Reef Restaurant, staff dining and kitchen areas, common toilets, and staff changing rooms, covering a gross floor area of 2,612 m². Zone 2 features 8 standard rooms, a reception area, a gallery walkway, front office, marketing and accounts offices, the Aqua Restaurant, Pebble Ponds, and two Madala, with a total gross floor area of 5,763 m². Zone 3 consists of 37 standard rooms, two suites, a spa, gym, teens club, Kidz’Zone, Spice Restaurant, Lotus Pond, and a reflecting pond, totaling 5,700 m².

Additionally, the project includes a separate wing for a banquet hall, along with an administrative block and a utility block that houses laundry facilities, chillers, generators, a workshop, and an engineer’s room. There is also a block dedicated to a water treatment plant, fire pump, and garbage room, while the swimming pool, children’s pool, and water sump are located externally. The overall gross floor area of the project is approximately 14,075 m², which was recognized with the ICTAD National Award for Construction Excellence in 2013
