Project Description

SECTION A
The project involves the construction of five and four-story reinforced concrete framed buildings designated for administration, workshops, and a canteen, along with single-story steel-framed workshop structures, all supported by pile foundations. The total floor area for these buildings is approximately 7,988 square meters. The scope of work includes both substructure and superstructure elements, as well as finishes, air-conditioning systems, fire services, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and external works, with an estimated completion time of 480 days.

SECTION B
Additionally, the project entails the relocation of machinery and equipment from the current AETI premises. This process will encompass transportation, protection, hoisting, handling, dismantling, and reinstallation of the equipment, with a timeline of 90 days for completion.

SECTION C
Finally, the demolition of existing buildings at the AETI site will be carried out, which includes the removal of debris from the site. This phase is expected to take 60 days to complete.
