Project Description.

This structure is designated as the proposed head office for the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation. The project involves the construction of a multi-storied building featuring a reinforced concrete framework supported by cast in-situ bored pile foundations. The design includes a basement, a ground floor, a mezzanine, and seven additional upper floors, topped with a reinforced concrete roof slab. The total floor area of the building is 13,367.53 square meters.
