This is an office building with Ground plus 15 floors and the total floor area is 16,675 Sq.m. Ground floor is dedicated to customer care and services. The next 05 floors function as parking floors. Staff canteen and kitchen are on the 06th floor. Office floors are located from the 7th to 14th floors. Auditorium, viewing gallery and lounge are on the 15th floor. Cantilevered planters have been used to provide shade and soften the sunlight whilst serving as service platforms. Cantilevered service tubes outside the office floors accommodate the services with provisions for further expansion. In keeping with the requirements of LEED, energy and water conservation has been one of the focus areas in the design.

Rain water harvesting, automated drip irrigation to plants and sensor taps which control the use of potable water are concepts adopted to conserve water. The Building Management System optimizes and controls the HVAC system. Motion sensing lighting in toilets and corridors help to conserve energy further. The façade is designed to permit adequate daylight into the building whilst controlling glare, solar radiation and heat retention in the working area. The sloped roof of the auditorium is fitted with photovoltaic cell banks. 38KW renewable energy is thereby generated to reduce the power consumption from the National grid.
