Project Description

This project involves a 20-level tower featuring a basement, which includes three floors dedicated to car parking and twelve floors designated for office use, covering an approximate total area of 12,411 square meters. The scope of work excludes piling, as this has already been completed by a separate contractor, with the exception of pile hacking and pit work. The project encompasses all specified finishes and services as outlined in the project documentation.
