Project Description

The Proposed Factory Complex (Phase 1) consists of Production Building (G+M), 2 Maintenance Buildings and External Works. Production Building (GF -7952m² and MF – 2385m²) will facilitate the production processes, offices, stores, canteen and other facilities to the production staff and plant rooms. Maintenance building 1 is two storied (620 m²) to locate generator and workshops. Maintenance building 2 is single storey (461 m²) to be located at the south west end of the site will facilitate some more workshops and stores. Scope of the project includes demolition of existing structures including extensions at the existing production building, removal of existing services as appropriate, ground improvement, building foundations, steel structure in production building, masonry walls and concrete structures, Zn/ Al sandwiched panel roofing, doors and windows, plumbing installations, lift installation, sumps, drive ways, landscape areas, storm water disposal and external drainage, boundary wall and other associated works as shown on drawings. Total Floor Area – 11,418 m2
