Chairman and Managing Director, Rohan Tudawe, has over 44 years of experience. He holds a BSc degree in Civil Engineering from the United Kingdom and is qualified as a Chartered Engineer, Chartered Builder, Highways and Transportation Engineer. He also holds MBA, FICE (UK), FIE (SL), MCIHT (UK) and FCIOB (UK) qualifications.
Following graduation, Rohan worked at Cementation Company Ltd and Royal Borough of Kingston on Thames in the United Kingdom. In 1978, he was invited to join Tudawe Brothers Limited as an Executive Director. Eleven years later, Rohan was appointed Chairman & Managing Director of Tudawe Brothers Limited. Under his stewardship, the Company has expanded and diversified.
Rohan also serves as a Non-Executive Director of a Public Quoted Company and several Private Sector Companies. He is a Member of the Board of the National Construction Association, Member of the Committee of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, Member of the Board of the National Council for Mental Health and Member of the Board of Registration and Professional Affairs Committee of the Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka.
He has served for 12 years as a Board Member of the International Federation of Asian and Western Pacific Contractors Associations (IFAWPCA).He is a past Chairman of the National Construction Contractors Association of Sri Lanka and has also served as a Council Member of the Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka.
Wasantha Tudawe is a Director of Tudawe Brothers. He is also the Chairman and the Managing Director of Tudawe Trading Company Ltd.

Ajith Tudawe is a Group Director of Tudawe Brothers Ltd., including all subsidiaries and associate companies.
He is also the Chairman of Ceylon Hospitals PLC (Durdans Healthcare Group), a leading healthcare group in Sri Lanka.
With over 30 years of experience, Ajith holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the United Kingdom. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK, Fellow of the CPA Australia and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the UK.
He also formerly served as President of the ACCA Sri Lanka.
Sathis Tudawe is a Group Director of Tudawe Brothers (Pvt) Ltd., its subsidiaries and associate companies and has over 36 years experience in the construction industry.
He is a Board Member, Senior Vice President - Administration and Chairman - Technical and Maintenance Subcommittee at Ceylon Hospitals PLC (Durdans Healthcare Group),where he chairs the Technical and Maintenance Subcommittee and leads Durdans Hospital's monthly Security Coordinating Meeting and Transport Meeting.
Jaikish Tudawe is a Director and Engineer of Tudawe Brothers (Pvt) Ltd., with over 30 years' experience in the construction field. He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the University of South Bank in London, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Builders - UK (FCIOB), a Chartered Builder, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Highways & Transportation - UK (FCIHT). Presently he is the Vice President of the Ceylon Institute of Builders, Sri Lanka and Board Member of Major Constructors of Sri Lanka (MCSL).
Upul Tudawe is the Director Plant and Equipment and holds over 22 years of experience. He acts as a Group Director of Tudawe Brothers Ltd., including all subsidiaries and associate companies.
Upul holds a BSc in Microbiology from Texas Tech University as well as a BSc in Medical Technology from the University of Texas Health Science Centre Houston, Texas,USA. He presently serves as a Member of the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) and the Australian Institute of Medical Scientists (AIMS) and is also the Executive Vice President of Ceylon Hospitals PLC (Durdans Healthcare Group), a leading healthcare group in colombo, Sri Lanka.
Amal Tudawe is a Director and Engineer at Tudawe Brothers Ltd. and has worked as a Project Director for 22 years. He is the Head of the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (M&E) division - one of the key Strategic Business Units of the Group.
He has 16 years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering in the UK, Sri Lanka and Australia. He is also the Head of the Maintenance and Engineering division, which comprises air conditioning, fire protection, electrical and building maintenance systems.
He has served as an Electrical Engineering Consultant for Norman Disney & Young and Barry Webb & Associates in NSW, Sydney, Australia from 1994 to 1996.
His qualifications include Bsc (Hons) Lond, MSc (ElecEng) Lond, MIEE (UK), CP Eng (Aust), MIE (Aust) and C Eng (UK).
