Project Description

The project involves the construction of a multi-storied building featuring a basement designated for service and storage, a ground floor and first level for showrooms, and levels two through four allocated for parking. Office spaces will occupy levels five to fourteen, while the fifteenth level will serve as a service floor. The sixteenth level will include a swimming pool and a roof terrace, and the seventeenth level will house a machine room, culminating with roof slabs on the eighteenth level. The earth retaining system for the basement perimeter has already been completed by the employer, and the project has received approval from the Board of Investment (BOI), encompassing a total floor area of 7,880 square meters.
