Project Description
The proposed Aitken Spence Resort at Waskaduwa will feature a six-story building with a ground floor, encompassing a total floor area of 10,551 square meters. The ground floor will include essential facilities such as a reception lounge, hotel lounge, administration office, MEP block, satellite bar, an extension of the seafood restaurant, and various service areas. The upper floors will house the assistant manager and executive quarters, typical guest rooms, a spa area, family rooms and suites, along with additional service areas, ensuring a comprehensive and luxurious experience for guests.
